System Analysis

As a system analyst I do the following:

• Design, develop, test, implement and oversee IT systems.
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement of the current IT applications assigned.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to write the requirement specifications.
• Coordinate with developers on the user requirement.

System Support

I provide system support to the applications my team is assigned to minimize, if not eliminate, any system disruption.

I provide first-layer of support, ensuring that I checked out and understood users' system issues before checking with developers.

I use tools such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle SQL and MySQL to check for any data issue.

Project Management

With 2 years experience of handling projects, I was able to handle several projects from initiation to launch and landing. I make sure that my stakeholders are informed and updated in each stages of the project and informing them on the milestones.

I'm currently using the following tools to perform my task for Project Management:

Programming

I have a solid foundation and experience in programming with knowledge of the following programming languages/scripts:
